with Gill Emslie & Team Findhorn – Scotland
Wongsanit Ashram 8 – 13 January, 2012
This programme draws on Process Work, an awareness based practise, developed by Drs Arnold & Amy Mindell and colleagues. It is a multi-dimensional, process orientated and interdisciplinary approach to Leadership. It’s philosophical roots draw from alchemy, shamanism Jungian Psychology, Taoism, and Physics.
Sustainable leadership is only really possible with a deep understanding of the mutually supportive relationships between body, mind and spirit. We are nature, dependent and deeply connected. Out of this consciousness a truly sustainable leadership style can emerge.
Serious facilitators/teachers/managers/trainers need to know themselves deeply in order to lead their students/staff/participants in learning processes, which embrace diversity and facilitate change and conflict when it arises. This self-knowledge includes knowing their own inherent style as well as having awareness of their own edges, and the ability to work with them.
